Gwen Flores Presents at EHS-RISE!
We’re so proud of lab member Gwen Flores, who recently attended the Environmental Health Sciences for Indigenous Students (EHS-RISE) conference, and presented her very first scientific poster!
As a first-time participant, Gwen admitted she felt nervous at the start:
“I wanted to represent the lab as best as I could. My passion for science triumphed over my introverted personality, and I realized I wanted to network and learn!”
